Those verbs which do not change according to the subject of a sentence called Non-Finite Verbs.
वे क्रियाएँ जो वाक्य के कर्ता के अनुसार परिवर्तित न हो, Non-Finite कहलाती हैं ।

These are of three types :
ये तीन प्रकार की होती हैं :
(1) Infinitive, (2) Participle, (3) Gerund

(1) Infinitive
These are formed by using 'to' before the first form of the verb. There are two types of Infinitives.
ये क्रिया की first form से पहले 'to' लगाने से बनता है । Infinitives दो प्रकार के होते हैं । 
(A) Simple Infinitive, (B) Gerund Infinitive

(A) Simple Infinitive : 
Note: Infinitives are used after some verbs like bid, dare, let, make, need without using 'to'.
नोट: Infinitives, कुछ क्रियाएँ जैसे bid, dare, let, make, need के बाद बिना 'to' के प्रयोग होते हैं । 


Examples :
(a) वह गाना पसन्द करता है । 
He likes to sing.
(b) मेरी इच्छा वहाँ जाने की नहीं है । 
My desire is not to go there.
(c) मैं बाहर जाने वाला हूँ । 
I am about to go outside.
(d) सुबह में जल्दी जागना सेहत के लिए लाभदायक है । 
To wake up early in the morning is beneficial for health.
(e) बड़ो का सम्मान करना हमारा कर्तव्य है ।
It is our duty to respect elders.
(f) उसने मुझे जाने दिया । 
She let me go.

(B) Gerund Infinitive :
इसके द्वारा Adjective या Adverb का कार्य प्रकट किया जाता है । 
Adjective or Adverb is expressed by Gerund Infinitive.

Examples :
(a) वह मुझसे मिलने के लिए आयी थी । 
She came to see me.
(b) वह उसे पीटने को उत्सुक है । 
He is eager to beat him.
(c) यह सोने का समय नहीं है । 
This is not the time to sleep.
