"Water and air, the two essential fluids on which all life depends, have become global garbage cans." ― Jacques-Yves Cousteau

Everyone knows that the problem of pollution has become very serious today. Man has interfered too much with nature. As a result, an environment that includes air, water and soil have been polluted in numerous ways. If the environment is polluted all sorts of life then humans, animals, and vegetation are affected directly or indirectly.

Slowly we are feeling that the precious gift of nature is being destroyed and human life is being shortened by the polluted air we breathe and unhealthy water we drink. Increase of the pollutants in the air causing global warming. Which is messing with the temperature of the earth's climate system.

Air pollution is mostly caused by the smoke coming out of the chimneys of factories, mills, workshops, and vehicles. Air pollution may cause lung diseases, asthma, eye-flu, head-aches.

Water is the basis of life but the greed of a man to get more and more money pollutes it. The owners of industries dump waste material on the surface of the earth or in the rivers. People use this polluted water and invite a number of diseases. Water pollution resulted in the outbreak of cholera in the number of colonies of Delhi. Religious practice also caused water pollution around the world.

Noise pollution is dangerous to life. It is said that the noise of more than 80 decibels causes deafness and other diseases. In large cities the roar of vehicles is unbearable. Their engine and horns create noise which is harmful to people's physical and mental health. Animals have a sharper sense of hearing than humans so bursting crackers have a terrifying effect on them.

People should use public transport or carpool which will reduce pollution by vehicles. The debris of industries should not be dumped on the surface of the earth or in the rivers. It should be destroyed by the use of suitable chemicals. There should not be deforestation. People should not dump domestic waste on the streets. We should remain akin to nature. People must be encouraged to plant more trees.

The government should also act on recycling to control plastic pollution. Firecrackers at festivals and weddings cause huge air and noise pollution so we must avoid using them. A check on the growth of the population is also necessary to control the increasing pollution of the environment. The people of the country should also cooperate with the government to control this pollution. It is not only a government duty to control these issues but also ours to help the government.

"We are unnecessarily wasting our precious resources in wars... if we must wage war, we have to do it on unemployment, disease, poverty, and backwardness." -Atal Bihari Vajpayee

The problem of unemployment is the most serious problem facing our country and all over the world. A large number of educated and uneducated people loiter about in search of some job. They are willing to work but they cannot get it. There is unemployment in cities, towns and villages. An empty mind is the devil's workshop. An unemployed person is a nuisance to society. A hungry man can do any wrong. therefore, It is our government's duty to solve the problem of unemployment as early as possible before it becomes severe.

There are many causes of unemployment in India. The greatest cause of unemployment is the overpopulation of the country. The population of the country is growing fast but the jobs cannot be increased in the same proportion. So a large number of skilled and talented people remain unemployed.

Another cause of unemployment is our defective system of education. The present education is bookish. It must be job oriented. Our current education system is not preparing students for life and every young man of today is only running for a white-collar job.

Machines are also responsible for unemployment. A single machine does the work of hundreds or thousands of people. So the labour remains unemployed and their mind redirects that population into offence, annoyance and trobles. Mahatama Gandhi's idea of replacing unemployment was "Not mass production but production by masses."

To solve these problems, there should be a regular check on the rapid growth of the population. The program of family planning should be more active in rural areas. The system should be more focused on technical and vocational education. Importance should be given to practical knowledge rather than theoretical knowledge. The government should create more jobs for the educated unemployed. Cottage and small scale industries should be developed. The government and banks should support the youths to set up cottage industries and start-ups.

To Conclude, we can say that our government is trying to solve the problems which are taken as a very serious matter. Efforts to control the population are being made but still, the government has to put more effort. Irrigation and multipurpose projects are increasing. Technical and vocational courses are being provided by many institutes. Small scale businesses and start-ups are being encouraged by the government. Last but not least, in the words of Lal Bahadur Shastri, "We can win respect in the world only if we are strong internally and can banish poverty and unemployment from our country."

"A leader is one who knows the way, goes the way, and shows the way."-John C. Maxwell

The fate of the country depends on good political leaders. Democracy is the government of the people, for the people and by the people. So the democratic countries give all the rights and power to people to elect worthy leaders for their country. In the words of Jim Rohn, "A good objective of leadership is to help those who are doing poorly to do well and to help those who are doing well to do even better."

There are certain qualities that a good leader must possess. A good leader must be honest, simple, hard-working, confident, good communicator, bold, upright, truthful and selfless. A good leader must be a positive thinker and their positive approach must be visible through their actions. They must have the capability of making the right decision at the right time.

Good leaders should be selfless and must be prepared to make even the greatest sacrifice for their country. They should not work only for the benefit of their own, but they should work for the welfare of the whole society and country. A selfish and loose character cannot influence the public for the greater good for their country's growth and development. A good leader must be bold enough to face an adverse situation. With good speaking capability, a good leader can impress the people and encourage them to reform themselves and society. A good leader also tries to remove or reduce the prevailing social evils.

In this way, we find that a good leader plays an important role in the social, political, economic and religious life of a nation. There is a dearth of good political leaders and Lal Bahadur Shastri was one of them who said: "We believe in peace and peaceful development, not only for ourselves but for people all over the world."

Every year the 15th of August is celebrated as Independence day in India. On 15th August 1947, India got freedom after a long struggle with the British government under the leadership of great freedom fighters. Common people also took part in the freedom struggle. This day reminds us of all the sacrifices and suffering that the freedom fighters had to undergo for winning freedom. Thus the 15th of August is a historic day for the Indians and that's why it became our national festival.

The 15th of August is the final result of continued struggles. A number of great freedom fighters like Lala Lajpat Rai, Subhash Chandra Bose, Bhagat Singh, Sukhdev, Rajguru, Chandra Shekher Azad sacrificed their life to fill in a sense of patriotism into the hearts of the Indian people. In the words of Bhagat Singh, "Bombs and pistols do not make a revolution. The sword of revolution is sharpened on the whetting stone of ideas." Mahatama Gandhi started non-violent non-cooperation and quit India movement against the British rule in India. The whole country was in the revolution against the British rulers. Thus we got freedom on this day.

This day is celebrated with great joy and pride every year as Independence Day. The national flag is hoisted on all the government and private buildings of the country. At the Red Fort, Prime Minister of India unfurls the national flag and due respect is shown to the flag by way of military and mass salute.

15th August 1947 is a memorable day for the Indians. In the words of Subhash Chandra Bose, it brings for us a message that "One individual may die for an idea, but that idea will, after his death, incarnate itself in a thousand lives."

Dear Sir,

I traveled to Pune from New Delhi on the flight(Flight Number) on April 28, 2019. My luggage was misplaced because of the carelessness of your airline staff. Your airline’s staff assured me that my luggage will be delivered to my address within 24 hours.

First of all, I did not expect irresponsible behavior from a reputed airline brand like yours. It has been 3 days now and your airline has no information about my lost luggage. There are many important things in my luggage that were required during my stay in Pune. I have faced so many problems due to your unprofessional airline.

I want compensation from you for the inconvenience caused to me. I hope you will soon locate my luggage and sent back it to my address.

I would appreciate an early reply from you.

Thanks,
